REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Period

Items must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, you must request a Return Authorization (RA).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange shoes for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and include photos of the issue.

After verification, we may offer:

a replacement item, or

a full or partial refund depending on the situation.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

The wrong item was sent

The order cannot be delivered within 25 business days after shipment

A valid return is received and approved

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.


Non-Returnable Items
